Loving it

Sipping on a fresh brew of it right now. I got in the collectors box with the blood gulch brownie and it is so hard to say which is better but I can say that this is one of if not the best coffee I've had to brew hot it really is great.

A very nice and smooth flavor.

I got this and another bag just recently as I have just gotten a coffee grinder. Well this being a test batch meaning even if I hammed it up. I still had a delicious flavored coffee… I did it right. It was awesome! As that first cup came through the aroma was just amazing. The taste… the smell… it was good. Even my mom said that it smelt good and kinda jealous I had good coffee.

Awesome for cold brew

I don't make traditional hot-brewed coffee, it tends to tear up my stomach. That's the bad news. The good news? These beans make for absolutely incredible cold brew! The flavors stand out in all the best ways, and it packs a wonderful kick. I'd love this flavor even without the delicious Valhalla memories to go with it, but that doesn't hurt!
