Damaged Order
Please contact our support team with your order number, photos of the packing slip and any visible damage on the box or product. This will allow us to assist you in a timely manner and document this instance for the chosen carrier.
Please note: We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use or cleaning, or non-standard usage to the Gear we sell.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We are unable to edit orders and order contents once they are processed. If your order has not been processed, we will happily cancel & refund your order. Please contact our support team if you have any further questions.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased as part of a sale, special promotion, Community Funded campaign, or when a discount code has been used.
If you would like to return your product for in-store credit:
1. Product(s) must be unopened and in its original condition, as we are unable to accept opened products due to food safety concerns.
2. Product(s) must have been purchased directly from madrinas.com.
3. Product(s) must be returned with the packing slip and all accessories for bundles or box sets included.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which must be an insured and traceable shipping method. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of delivery stated on tracking information. Refunds will be issued back as an in-store credit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Once your return has been shipped please send the order number and tracking information to our support team. If you have any questions regarding return eligibility please reach out to our support team.

How do I change or cancel my Madrinas subscription?
To cancel your existing subscription please go to your account login. From here you can login or sign up with the email used to place your order. Hit "Subscription Management" in the top right. It will ask you to login again. You can then make any necessary subscription changes.
Please note: If your next subscription order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the individual order.
Shipping
Processing time
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship orders out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and no orders are shipped on the weekends. Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days from the date placed. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
Please note: During high-volume seasons, large sales, or new product launches, orders may take up to 10 business days to process.
Pre-Sale Items
When purchasing pre-sale products, you can find the estimated ship date mentioned at the bottom of the product description. Please note, all products purchased with a pre-sale product will be held and shipped together once the pre-sale product is ready to be shipped.
Domestic Shipping
While dependent on the shipping method chosen at checkout, domestic shipments typically arrive within one week after the order has been processed. However, our control is limited once an order is picked up by the carrier. We are reliant on our carriers for all tracking and delivery updates.
Please note: Domestic shipments may take up to 3 weeks for final delivery. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of being received by the carrier please reach out to oursupport team.
International Shipping
While we do ship intentionally, there are a select group of countries we are unable to ship to due to import restrictions on coffee and dairy products. Due to the frequent changes in shipping availability to each country, we recommend adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address at checkout to see what options are available to your address.
Buyers are responsible for paying all additional costs including but not limited to duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. We are continually working on ways to decrease our international shipping charges, but we are happy to be able to offer our products all over the world. We do our best to stay up to date on all import restrictions, however, it is your responsibility to check with your country's customs or border agency to determine whether or not they are accepting imports prior to placing an order with madrinas.com. By placing an order, you agree to take responsibility if the package is barred from entering the country. Any orders that are stopped at customs due to a dairy or COVID restriction will not be reshipped or refunded. Please reach out to our support team with any questions!
Please note: International shipments may take up to 10 weeks for final delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 weeks of being received by the carrier please reach out to our support team.
Incorrect address / returned to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mail carrier, please notify our support team to receive a refund of your product cost. We are not able to refund the shipping cost.
Please note: We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. Please double-check that you have provided the correct shipping address and information before placing an order.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package was marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, or you are unable to locate it, here is what we suggest:
- The best initial course of action is to check with your neighbors, family members, or anyone that you may live close to. Sometimes packages can be misdelivered.
- Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait an additional 1-2 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and should arrive the following day.
- Depending upon the shipping carrier used, please contact your local USPS post office or FedEx support. If USPS, make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS and FedEx are used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information.
- If after that, the package does not show up or is still missing, please file a claim with the carrier and discover whether or not the package was accurately delivered. There have been incidents where the information is displayed incorrectly.
We apologize, as Madrinas cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were stolen from a property. Because the package is out of our hands when we give it to the carrier, we rely on the carriers information. If you believe the tracking is incorrect in showing a successful delivery please open a service request ticket with USPS or if you're within the required timeframe file a claim with USPS or FedEx. If the carrier is able to provide any written information on the case that differs from what we’re seeing, we’ll be able to work alongside the additional information. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IS BOBA TEA & HOW IS MADRINAS DIFFERENT?

How do I enjoy whole bean coffee?
If you are new to the Whole Bean Coffee world and need help, we've put together a list of different brewing methods to help you kiss the cafe goodbye, and Discover MADness with Madrinas! Our Coffee Beans are only available in Whole Bean, so if you don't already have one, you will need a grinder! Whole Bean Coffee gives you the opportunity to make your cup of coffee the way you like it best! See below for brewing methods:
Traditional Coffee Maker: The easiest way to brew hot coffee is by using a typical coffee maker - Just set it and forget it! (But don’t forget coffee filters!
Cold Brew: If you love cold brew (and have some extra time on your hands) try using a Cold Brew Coffee Maker! Cold Brew is made without heat, which creates lower acidity for a smoother, naturally sweet taste.
French Press: If you like your coffee strong with more body, use a French Press! French Press allows you to make a cup of coffee to your individual taste. You can vary the amount of time that the coffee grounds are steeped, the type and size of grounds used, and the temperature of the water.
Pour Over: Pour Over brewing can create a more flavorful cup of coffee. The slower the water filters through the grounds, the more flavor that is extracted. If you want the prefect temperature water for your Pour Over or French Press, we recommend getting an electric kettle.
K-Cups: If you currently use k-cups & a Keurig - we recommend grinding up our Whole Beans and using a reusable k-cup in your Keurig!

How much caffeine can I have per day?
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends that adults over the age of 18 consume no more than 400mg of caffeine per day and no more than 200mg in one serving. You can safely consume up to two servings of our powdered products, and four servings of our whole bean in a day.

What is the Madrinas Rewards Club?
Madrinas Rewards Club is our loyalty program! Click here to visit the Rewards page and create or login to your account! Make sure you are logged in to your Madrinas account before every purchase you make to earn points!
Once you’ve earned enough points you can either trade them in for discounts or FREE products.
How do the tiers work?
Your Rewards Club tier is determined by points earned in a calendar year. You keep your tier for the remaining year plus one additional year.
The higher your tier, the more benefits you’ll unlock! Once you level up to a new tier or achieve MADLegend, you have a full year to earn the number of points required to keep your tier. You can earn points by making a purchase, writing a review, following us on socials, and other activities.
For example, if you earn 800 points September 2023, you will be MAD Loyal tier for the rest of the year plus all of 2024. If you do not earn another 800 points in 2024, you will be demoted to Gone MAD tier starting January 1st 2025.
Do points expire?
Points expire 2 years from the date they were earned.
Will redeeming my points impact my tier?
Redeeming points won’t impact your current tier status or progression to the next highest tier.
For example, you’ve earned 800 points and are now in the MADLoyal tier. You could redeem all 800 points, and you'd still be in the MADLoyal tier!
When will I receive my birthday surprise?
Make sure you’ve entered your birthday on the “Tell Us Your Birthday” tile while signed into your account.
On your next birthday, you will receive an email from us with your birthday surprise! Your birthday surprise code will be valid for 7 days after your birthday and must be entered at checkout.
