If you would like to return your product for a refund:
1. Product(s) must be unopened and in its original condition, as we are unable to accept opened products due to food safety reason.
2. Product(s) must have been purchased directly from madrinascoffee.com
3. Product(s) must be returned in all original packaging, accessories, and packing slip.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which must be an insured and traceable shipping method. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of delivery stated on tracking information. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout.
