We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to: MADRINASPALOOZA, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and discount codes greater than 20%
If you would like to return your product for a refund:
1. Product(s) must be unopened and in its original condition, as we are unable to accept opened products due to food safety reason.
2. Product(s) must have been purchased directly from madrinas.com.
3. Product(s) must be returned with the packing slip and all accessories for bundle returns.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which must be an insured and traceable shipping method. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of delivery stated on tracking information. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Once your return has been shipped please send the order number and tracking information to our support team.
