Saint Louis Gooey Butter Cake

It’s really hard to describe the flavor, but you can definitely taste that good gooey butter cake in it, doesn’t taste like the cheap kind you’d get anywhere but a bakery. The slightly bitter and savory taste goes great with a good breakfast.

This very much reminds me of the Monster Java Mean Bean flavor, which is a good thing because I like that taste a lot! I have not had gooey butter cake, so I can't really compare that flavor, but it does taste good. I would not drink this daily however, as it is very sweet. Of course I do like the idea of having an occasional morning treat. I think the caffeine content is great and not having to fetch Mean Beans from the store is convenient. Overall I will be saving this for whenever I'm craving coffee or sugar, instead of making it a ritualistic daily thing (unlike the Charged Refreshers).

I've had a lot of the Madrinas coffee. This one is still my personal favorite. Tastes Just like the actual cake.
