Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased as part of a sale, special promotion, Community Funded campaign, or when a discount code has been used.
If you would like to return your product for in-store credit:
1. Product(s) must be unopened and in its original condition, as we are unable to accept opened products due to food safety concerns.
2. Product(s) must have been purchased directly from madrinas.com
3. Product(s) must be returned with the packing slip and all accessories for bundles or box sets included.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which must be an insured and traceable shipping method. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of delivery stated on tracking information. Refunds will be issued back as an in-store credit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Once your return has been shipped please send the order number and tracking information to our support team. If you have any questions regarding return eligibility please reach out to our support team.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at support@madrinas.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exceptions for Hygiene and health protection — Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery. Once any such sealed product has been opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, and the return will be rejected. The effected product categories include:
- All tubs of powdered beverages
- All bags of whole bean coffee
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products offered by MADRINAS:
- Perishable goods — including all coffee and tea products, which by their nature deteriorate or expire quickly. These items are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
By completing your purchase of any coffee or tea product, you acknowledge that these items are perishable and that the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
All other non-perishable items (such as merchandise, accessories, or equipment) remain subject to the full 14-day right of withdrawal described above.
