For my very first order, I got two of these collectors editions, one normal one, and the other was the version that came with the cozy. One I had planned to display one of them along with the cozy box unopened, and use the other one.
Sadly, because of how large my order was and how things were packed in the box with no padding and things crammed in the box, both the collectors boxes were damaged, and the box for the cozy was totally destroyed. I was not happy about this and contacted support with pictures so they could correct the packing issue. I was not looking for a refund or replacemnt as I could still use use everything, just not how I intended.
They insisted on sending a replacemeent for one of the collectors boxes which I am still waiting on, but said they could not send the cozy as it was out of stock. Strange thing is that they put the order in, but the CE box is out of stock now too, so its just in limbo at the moment. Guess I will wait it out and see what happens.
Otherwise the cozy is really big and cool looking, the tumbler is neat too, although a bit disappointed to see the tumblers do not have any sort of rubber seal for the lid. The first time I used it, it leaked like crazy when shaking, so I no longer use them for mixing. I have not checked all the other types of tumblers I got to see if its the same issue with them, but I suspect it is which is a pretty huge design flaw that made it past the QC process.
Otherwise, the flavor mix itself is awesome and my 2nd favorite flavor so far. I would suggest that if nothing else, getting the mix alone is great and I've already ordered more of it. Its just too bad they dont come with the codes.
I am not knocking off any stars beccause the flavor itself is great. Most of my issues were with how things were handled during shipping so its not the fault of the product itself.
