This was my second charger/refresher.
After my initial testing with the black iced tea, I knew that just using half a scoop with water might leave it being a little underwhelming so I opted to try this in my orange juice in the morning. It definitely helped but this time a little too sweet.
I found that a 50/50 mix (water/juice) with half a scoop to be a good mix for that light, early morning wake up.
During the hot summer days, I'll mix up a full scoop with a 2:1 ratio of water and juice (orange or tropical) in a 2ltr bottle to keep me going throughout the day.
